Here at 4LIFE Kamps, we say, “if it ain’t FUN, don’t do it.” Have you ever heard that before? If you have, hearing it is just the beginning of applying it to your life. Even the most challenging of our day-to-day activities can be fun and exciting, if we change our minds! We have a choice ... It's ALL about the choices we make... the ones we acknowledge as well as, the ones we fail to acknowledge.
What does, “if it ain’t FUN, don’t do it,” look like? Often, you’ve been told of something to do, some dogma, some “ism” or some life-changing theory, but no one ever “showed” us what it looked like; the actual applying of that “something to do, or dogma or that so-called ‘ism’ in your life. At 4LIFE Kamps, that is exactly what we are about; the showing, being, and doing – not so much the telling.

Here are some great ways that one may HAVE FUN (relieve str_ss) the 4LIFE Kamp way:

- Embrace things, activities and experiences that are FUN... for YOU.
- Be true to yourself.
- Make yourself a priority for YOU.
- When you feel str_ss lurking, slow down and count to 10. Master your breathing, notice it changing and your heart rate decreasing.
- Remember, in ALL, the CHOICE is yours to make.
